How we are set up
Clients sign one agreement with Elite Skillset LLC. Behind it is a remote team of experienced engineers who work for us as independent contractors, each under a written agreement. One lead engineer runs each client’s work and answers for it.
How we bill
We invoice monthly, in US dollars. Each invoice names the period it covers and the work done.
Who owns the work
The client does. Our contractor agreements pass the rights in everything our engineers write to Elite Skillset, and our client agreement passes them on to the client.
How we work
We would rather stay on one product for years than start a new one every quarter. In practice that means small releases, written decisions, and reports anyone can check. We name a client in public only when they have agreed to it.
