Web platforms

We build web applications, mostly portals and admin tools for the people who run a service day to day, and we keep working on them for years after launch, which is where most of the real work turns out to be. Changes go out in small tested steps. Releases should be boring, and ours usually are.

Data and reporting

People act on a dashboard only if they trust it. We write down how every figure is calculated and keep the queries that produce it, so anyone can rebuild a total by hand and get the same number. When a calculation changes, we recompute the history and check it against the client’s own counts before anyone sees it.

Salesforce and integrations

A lot of our work sits between systems. With Salesforce it usually starts with a flow that notices when a record is ready and sends it to the client’s platform over a secured callout. On the way back, an integration user writes the results onto the same record. Staff then work from one record instead of copying details between two screens.

We connect other services the same way, from sign-in to partner APIs.

Hosting and support

We deploy what we build and keep an eye on it once it runs. Error tracking and alerts go in with the first release, not after the first outage.
